Alder Games develops games, most of them are designed for families. Our games can be appealing to children and adults as well (mixed-audience).

 

The following statements apply to all of our applications, games and websites. ("App")

 

1.1 App does not require any any PII to function correctly. No e-mail registration or user account is required.

 

1.2 To provide better social network integration, the App might offer logging in through Facebook and/or Google user account, but that is completely optional and done with the user's knowledge and acceptance.

 

1.3 App does not use any private data collected in any other way than it's required to make sure the app functions the way it should.

 

1.4 App may collect anonymous, non-sensitive data and transfer it to non-public servers.

 

1.5 The permissions and data collected are for the purpose of making the app function properly and  improving upon the user's experience, improving the interface and better ad integration and content for users.

 

 

Stored data

2.1 App collect anonymous, non-sensitive data - including game progress, leaderboards and other player activity - and transfers it to non-public servers.

 

2.2 Some of the data is shared between users to provide better social experience.

 

2.3 User accounts are created from uniquely generated, anonymous, custom identifiers, no device identifiers (UDID) or other PII is stored.

3.1 App records usage information and user behavior for the purpose of improving user experience.

4.1 App provide our ad network partners with some anonymous information about the way the users use our app so they can advertise products and services that are more likely to be relevant.

5.1 App offers optional logging in through Facebook for the purpose of transferring user account and app data between devices and to share in-app activity, game progress and highscores with the user's Facebook friends.
